Forefront

The team behind Forefront

Built by women who’ve done the job.

We know the pressure behind a revenue target, a difficult customer conversation and a deal that needs to close. That experience shapes what we build for members.

I think we should talk more openly about money, how businesses make it, how people make it, and what it allows us to do.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Forefront, built on a simple idea: businesses need revenue, and people need money to build the lives they want. This belief is at the heart of Forefront.

I’ve spent over a decade learning how businesses make money, from financing multi-million-dollar businesses in commercial banking to negotiating enterprise contracts with global companies like Microsoft and Spotify. I have a track record of exceeding 200% of my sales goals and am an international bestselling co-author of Resilient Women in Life and Business.

By definition, being at the forefront means being in a leading position. But leading doesn’t mean someone else’s version of success.

I believe what that looks like is up to you. That’s kind of the whole point.

I’ve spent over a decade in enterprise sales, customer success, and senior leadership, working with Fortune 100 companies, building and leading high-performing teams, and helping scale technology companies from seed stage through acquisition.

My experience spans enterprise revenue strategy, organizational growth, and commercial leadership, with a particular focus on building effective teams and advocating for the people behind the results.

I’ve been the 0-1 customer success leader at three startups, which means building the function from a blank page. Three times.

I’ve managed both ends of the book, Fortune 100 accounts and scaled accounts, and run into every scaling problem there is. If it can break between your tenth customer and your thousandth, I’ve watched it break.

I’ve long believed customer success is the future of revenue, and we all deserve the skills to get there. Women are powerhouses at building relationships and selling with empathy. That’s why we dominate customer success. Now it’s time to dominate in our own right.

I’m self-taught, with help from a few mentors who answered my questions before I knew which ones to ask. That’s what I want Forefront to stand for: the mentorship I found by luck, there for every woman on purpose.

Big proponent of mentorship, dogs, tap dancing, and uncapped variable comp for CSMs. Ask me about any of them. The last one, at length.
